February Stamp of the Month Card

This is the card I made at our Unit Meeting, designed by Sheryl Levinson!

The versality of this Stamp Set is amazing! We took a simple phrase and made a cool background on the base of the card. Using our CTMH corner rounder, we were able to create the scalloped edge.
